Brianne Lynn is an MA student in the Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology program. She received her BA from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she double-majored in Religion (with Honors) and History, and minored in Archaeology. She participated in an excavation in Jordan during the summer of 2015, and her areas of interest include ancient Near Eastern art and archaeology, the concepts of identity and the “other,” and ancient imperialism.
