Allison is an MA student in the Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology program. She received her BA in Classical, Near Eastern, and Religious Studies from UBC in 2018. Her areas of interest include Roman archaeology, disaster response in antiquity, and archaeological theory. The focus of her undergraduate thesis was the response of Pompei’s residents to the impacts of earthquakes starting in 62 CE. In 2017, she was a member of the Contrada Agnese Project, an excavation at the site of Morgantina in central Sicily.
