Graduate Student Conference

Each year, the CNERS graduate students organize a conference on a particular theme, inviting submissions from graduate students and other scholars from around the world.  An internationally-recognized scholar is also invited as the keynote speaker.

In 2017, the conference, “The Social Network”, was held May 5 and 6 at Thea Koerner House, UBC. The keynote address was by Dr. Andrew Koh (Brandeis University). Speakers included students from across Canada in diverse disciplines. See the complete programme: CNERS Grad Conference Programme 2017.
